摘要
目的评价在辅助生育患者的临床护理中应用阶段式健康教育模式的效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月在淄博市妇幼保健院辅助生育技术助孕的70例患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予阶段式健康教育,比较两组护理前后的健康知识知晓情况与心理状态。结果观察组护理后的健康知识知晓评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前的心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后的心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分阶段予以患者健康宣教,可加强患者的健康知识掌握程度,促进护理服务质量的提高,缓解患者负面情绪,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of stage health education model in the clinical nursing of patients with assisted reproduction.Methods A total of 70 patients with assisted reproductive technology in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,the observation group was given stage health education,and the health knowledge and psychological state before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the health knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in psychological status before nursing between two groups(P>0.05).The psychological status of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The stage health education of reproductive technology for patients can strengthen the mastery of health knowledge,promote the improvement of nursing service quality,and alleviate the negative emotions of patients,which is worth promoting.
