摘要
以湖南常德某加油站加固项目为例,根据场地工程地质条件及建筑物结构基础特征,分析加油站站房发生不均匀沉降的原因;结合工程实际情况,使用微型钢管砼树根桩技术进行地基基础加固,同时采用分层注浆改善填土的性质。监测数据以及房屋质量鉴定报告表明,加固效果良好。微型钢管砼树根桩的承载力能满足工程需求,很好的解决房屋不均匀沉降;分层注浆能改善周边填土的性质,有效治理了因地面沉降而产生的地面裂缝问题。
Taking a gas station reinforcement project in Changde,Hunan Province as an example,the causes of uneven settlement in the gas station building were analyzed according to the engineering geological conditions of the site and the characteristics of the structural foundation of the building;Combined with the actual situation of the project,the micro steel pipe concrete tree root pile technology was used for the foundation reinforcement,and the layered grouting was also used to improve the nature of the filling soil.The monitoring data and the house quality appraisal report show that the reinforcement effect is good.The bearing capacity of the micro steel pipe concrete tree root pile can meet the project requirements and solve the uneven settlement of the house well;the layered grouting can improve the nature of the surrounding filling soil and effectively manage the ground cracks caused by the ground settlement.
