黄河流域乡镇污水厂CAST工艺准Ⅳ类水质提标改造工程设计及运营分析

摘要 以黄河流域关中平原某乡镇污水厂为例,介绍该厂CAST工艺提标至准Ⅳ类水质的设计方案及运营效果。CAST工艺提标以节省投资为原则,最大限度利用了现有构筑物,并通过调整运营周期及减量运行,增加深度处理单元,有效去除污水中的COD、氮、磷等,使出水水质能稳定达准Ⅳ类水质的要求,这可为黄河流域乡镇污水处理厂的CAST工艺提标改造工程提供借鉴。 Taking a township sewage plant in the Guanzhong Plain of the Yellow River basin as an example, the design scheme & operation effect of the plant’s CAST process to Quasi Class IV water quality are introduced. The standard raising of CAST process is based on the principle of saving investment, making maximum use of existing structures, and by adjusting the operation cycle and reducing the operation, adding advanced treatment units, it can effectively remove COD, nitrogen, phosphorus, etc. from the sewage, so that the effluent quality can meet the requirements of Class IV water quality, which can provide reference for the standard raising and reconstruction of CAST process of township sewage treatment plants in the Yellow River basin.
