油田联合站储罐VOCs治理对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 挥发性有机物(VOCs)已成为导致城市空气质量超标的首要因素,是当前大气污染控制的关键指标。油田联合站储罐VOCs排放点多分散且排放不稳定,存在较大的油气能源浪费和安全环保隐患,亟需进行治理。文章根据油田联合站储罐运行现状以及挥发损耗情况,开展储罐VOCs治理对策研究,优选新型撬装化油气回收装置,实现地面集输系统全流程密闭生产,避免储罐VOCs排放,满足油田安全环保、绿色低碳要求。 The volatile organic compounds(VOCs)have become the primary factor leading to excessive air quality in some cities,and are the key index in current air pollution control.The VOCs discharge of storage tanks in oilfield is characterized by large quantity,dispersion and unstable.There is a large waste of oil and gas energy and serious hidden dangers of safety and environmental protection.This study focused on the VOCs control strategy of storage tanks based on the operation status and volatilization loss of storage tanks in oil field combined station.According to the investigation results,the utilization of skid-mounted oil and gas recovery device could effectively realize enclosed production of the whole process of ground gathering and transportation system.Which will avoid VOCs emission of storage tanks,and meet the requirements of safety,environmental protection,green and low-carbon.
