摘要
采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和拉曼光谱(Raman)等多种技术表征手段系统研究了TiO_(2)和K_(2)O对Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-P_(2)O_(5)玻璃粉结构与形貌的影响。实验结果表明:加入的改性剂TiO_(2)和K_(2)O会进入到玻璃粉网络中,致使玻璃粉的结构和形貌发生变化;随着K_(2)O含量的增加,玻璃粉变成分散的小颗粒,而增加TiO_(2)含量会促使玻璃粉颗粒生长变大,对制备钝化保护半导体的玻璃粉材料具有重要意义。
The effects of TiO_(2)and K_(2)O on the structure and morphology of low melting point Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-P_(2)O_(5)glass powder were studied by XRD,FTIR and Raman.Results show that the added modifiers TiO_(2)and K_(2)O entered into the glass powder network,resulting in changes in the structure and morphology of the glass powder.With the increase of K_(2)O content,the glass powder became dispersed small particles,while the increase of TiO_(2)content promoted the growth of larger glass powder particles.This research is beneficial to passivation and protection of semiconductor materials.
