摘要
目的探讨浓钠雾化吸入改良方法加新手法排痰在治疗肺结核中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月赣州市第五人民医院收治的肺结核患者98例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组采取常规雾化吸入,观察组实施浓钠雾化吸入改良方法加新手法排痰。比较两组患者留取痰标本的合格率、临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间和不良反应、住院时间和住院费用。结果观察组留取痰标本的合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、憋喘、肺部炎症和肺部湿啰音等临床症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组未发生不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为12.24%,高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浓钠雾化吸入改良方法加新手法排痰能够提高肺结核治疗效果,有效促进患者痰液排出,提高留取痰标本合格率,促进患者临床症状改善,减少不良反应发生,缩短患者住院时间。
Objective To explore the application effect of improved method of concentrated sodium atomization inhalation and new method of sputum drainage in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 98 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the Ganzhou Fifth People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional atomization inhalation,while the observation group was treated with improved concentrated sodium atomization inhalation plus new method of sputum drainage.The qualified rate,clinical efficacy,clinical symptom relief time,adverse reactions,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of sputum samples were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of sputum specimen in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The relief time of clinical symptoms such as cough,wheezing,pulmonary inflammation and lung moist rale in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 12.24%,which was higher than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved method of concentrated sodium atomization inhalation and the new method of sputum drainage can improve the therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis,effectively promote the sputum excretion of patients,improve the qualification rate of sputum specimens,promote the improvement of patients'clinical symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,and shorten the hospital stay of patients.
