摘要
研究一步酸溶法提取高铝粉煤灰中氧化铝的工艺。使用研磨机活化高铝粉煤灰,按照研磨时长将高铝粉煤灰划分成4个试验组,使用一步酸溶法分别从各组高铝粉煤灰中提取氧化铝,试验中调整盐酸含量、温度、酸灰比、反应时长以及絮凝剂用量,验证氧化铝的提取情况。实验结果显示,高铝粉煤灰研磨24 h,盐酸体积分数30%、温度与酸灰比分别为180℃和2.4 mL/g,反应时长150 min,絮凝剂用量0.30 kg/(t干提铝残渣)时氧化铝提取效果最好。证明高铝粉煤灰研磨越细、粒度越小,试验条件适当条件下,能够获得更加优异的提取效果。
The one-step acid solution method to extract alumina from high alumina coal ash was studied.The high alumina ash was activated by lapping machine and divided into four experimental groups according to the lapping time.Alumina was extracted from the high alumina ash by one-step acid solution method,and the concentration of hydrochloric acid,temperature,acid-cement ratio,reaction time and dosage of flocculant were adjusted to verify the extraction of alumina.The results show that the optimum conditions were as follows:the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 30%,the temperature was 180℃,the ratio of acid to cement was 2.4 ml/g,the reaction time was 150 min,and the dosage of flocculant was 0.30 kg/t.It is proved that the finer the pulverized coal ash is,and the smaller the particle size is,the more excellent extraction effect can be obtained under appropriate test conditions.
