摘要
动力总成悬置系统作为汽车重要的连接系统,悬置的性能尤为重要。以某轿车动力总成悬置系统道路模拟耐久试验为例,介绍了动力总成悬置系统耐久试验台架方案设计,通过道路载荷谱采集及数据编辑和处理得到目标信号,利用远程参数控制技术在多轴道路模拟试验台上复现动力总成悬置系统在试验场强化道路上的振动特性,验证了试验台架模拟的可靠性。该设计方案缩短试验周期,降低试验费用。最终建立一套可靠的动力总成悬置系统疲劳耐久试验标准。
As an important connecting system of automobile,the performance of powertrain mounting system is particularly important.Taking the road simulation durability test of the powertrain mounting system of a car as an example,the scheme design of the powertrain mounting system durability test bench was introduced,the target signal was obtained through the road load spectrum collection and data editing and processing,and the vibration characteristics of the powertrain mounting system on the road were reproduced on the mast multi-axis road simulation test bench by using the remote parameter control(RPC)technology,and the reliability of the test-bed simulation was verified.The design scheme shortens the test cycle and reduces the test cost.Finally,a set of reliable fatigue endurance test standards for powertrain mounting system is established.
