摘要
目的探讨保温护理在经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年3月于我院进行经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术的108例大体积良性前列腺增生患者的临床资料,按护理方案的不同将其分为干预组(n=59,保温护理)和对照组(n=49,常规手术流程护理)。比较两组患者的干预效果。结果手术开始30 min、手术开始60 min、手术结束时,干预组的体温明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的低体温、寒战、低血压、低氧血症和膀胱刺激症状发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保温护理在经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生患者中的应用效果显著,可明显减少术中并发症,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of heat preservation nursing in transurethral green laser vaporization of prostate for patients with large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent transurethral green laser vaporization of prostate in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into intervention group(n=59,heat preservation nursing)and control group(n=49,routine surgical procedure nursing)according to different nursing programs.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The body temperature of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 30 min,60 min and the end of the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of hypothermia,chills,hypotension,hypoxemia and bladder irritation of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the intervention group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat preservation nursing in transurethral green laser vaporization of prostate for patients with large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia has a significant application effect,it can significantly reduce intraoperative complications,shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
