摘要
中国供应链国家战略是以满足需求为新增长点,以创新发展为新动能,推动社会经济高质量发展。供应链创新与应用工作是以研发制造技术流为起点,满足需求资金流为节点螺旋上升的过程。为了实现中国供应链国家战略,需要培养大批创新人才。技术流视角下供应链创新人才培养是沿着“学以致用、动手实践小发明和增强创新能力”思路和路径推进发展。
The national strategy of China’s supply chain is to meet demand as a new growth point and take innovation and development as a new driving force to promote high-quality social and economic development.The supply chain innovation and application work is a spiral process starting from the R&D and manufacturing technology flow and meeting the demand capital flow.In order to realize China’s national supply chain strategy,a large number of innovative talents need to be trained.The cultivation of innovative talents in the supply chain from the perspective of technology flow is to promote development along the idea and path of“learning to apply,hands-on practice of small inventions and enhancing innovation capability”.
