海南中等职业学校招生困境深因剖析与解困思路

Deep Analysis and Solution Ideas on the Enrollment Dilemma of Secondary Vocational Schools in Hainan

摘要海南中等职业学校招生面临着生源数量不足,生源质量不高,生源结构不合理,在校生巩固率较低等困境。而造成中职学校招生困境的深层次原因在于我国中等职业教育本身的历史承袭性、价值的二元对立,教育发展的计划模式,以及毕业生在职业流动中的不利地位等。有效解决中职学校招生困境有三种思路,其中发挥市场对中职学校办学的调节作用这一思路能从根本上解决问题。 Hainan’s secondary vocational schools are faced with such enrollment dilemma as insufficient number,low quality,unreasonable structure and unsatisfactory retention rate of students,the deep reasons for which lie in the historical inheritance of secondary vocational education itself,the binary opposition of its value,the planning mode of its development in China,and the disadvantageous position of the graduates in the career flow.Hereby three solutions are proposed,among which the market’s regulating role in vocational education can fundamentally solve the problem.
