摘要
为探究碎石土地层的注浆扩散特性,构建碎石土细观结构模型.基于利用Monte-Carlo模拟法构建考虑棱角性的块石模型库.考虑块石空间随机分布问题时,针对块石相交或包含的特殊情况进行相交判断,在原有包围盒法的基础上,改进边界干涉算法,以加快碎石土数值模型构建进程.基于改进包围盒法建立考虑块石形态、含量和空间分布的碎石土细观结构,建立二维的碎石土注浆加固模型,研究地层物性参数空间差异条件下注浆参数对浆液扩散的影响.结果表明:注浆前期随着注浆时间的变化,扩散半径增大非常明显,在100 s左右浆液扩散趋于稳定;在渗透系数更大的位置浆液扩散明显更加容易,随着浆液压力的衰减及浆液黏度变化,浆液运动速度逐渐下降,注浆过程逐渐趋于稳定;最大扩散半径随着注浆压力逐渐增大,变化趋势与块石含量无关.
In order to explore the grouting diffusion characteristics of the gravelly soil strata,a mesoscopic structural model of the gravelly soil was constructed.Based on the Monte-Carlo simulation method,a library of block models considering angularity was built.When considering the spatial distribution of block stones,the intersection judgment is made according to the special situation of block intersection or inclusion.Based on the improved confining box method,a mesoscopic structure of crushed soil considering the morphology,content and spatial distribution of block stones was established,and a two-dimensional grouting reinforcement model of crushed stone was established.The effect of grouting parameters on slurry diffusion under the condition of spatial difference of physical properties of strata was studied.The results show that the diffusion radius increases significantly with the change of grouting time in the early stage of grouting.The diffusion of the slurry tends to be stable at about 100s.The diffusion of the slurry is obviously easier at the location with a larger permeability coefficient.With the attenuation of the slurry pressure and the change of viscosity of the slurry,the velocity of slurry movement gradually decreases.The grouting process gradually stabilizes.The maximum diffusion radius gradually increases with the grouting pressure.The change trend is unrelated to the block content.
