碘值在水厂生物活性炭应用中的指示作用 被引量:6

摘要 论文在分析水厂生物活性炭工艺应用过程中碘值变化规律及其与净化效能、自身性状相关关系基础上,探讨碘值在炭型选择及其在表征净化效能、自身性状的作用和意义。结果表明,碘值在目前阶段可以作为生物活性炭炭型选择的重要依据之一;应用过程中特定碘值数值与净化效能之间存在一定的相关性,且分阶段拟合相关曲线可用于预判净化效能的变化趋势。此外碘值可与灰分、机械强度、生物多样性等指标建立数值上的相关关系。因此,在没有更合理的指标出现之前,碘值可以作为活性炭应用过程中的典型指示参数,并结合各水厂实际运行情况建立相应的相关关系,用于指导水厂实际生产。 Based on the analysis of the change of iodine value in the application of biological activated carbon(BAC) process in water treatment plants(WTPs) and its correlation with purification efficiency and its own traits, this paper discussed the role and significance of iodine value in carbon type selection and its characterization of purification efficiency and its own traits. The results showed that iodine value could be used as one of the important bases for the selection of BAC carbon type at this stage. There was a certain correlation between the specific iodine value and the purification efficiency during the application process, and the phased fitting correlation curve could be used to predict the change trend of purification efficiency. In addition, iodine values could establish numerical correlations with indices such as ash content, mechanical strength, and biodiversity. Therefore, before the emergence of more reasonable indices, the iodine value could be used as a typical indicator parameter in the application process of BAC, and the corresponding correlation was established in combination with the actual operation of each WTP to guide the actual operation of the WTP.
