摘要
在建的广佛环线广州南站至白云机场段是珠三角城际轨道交通网及广佛环线的重要组成部分,具有大埋深(最大覆土厚度超过130m)、高水压(最大水压超过1.2MPa)、围岩条件复杂(盾构隧道大量穿越不同风化程度的花岗岩、泥质砂岩、含砾砂岩、片麻岩、炭质板岩区段,该区段围岩压缩模量低、强度差异大、遇水易软化,自稳能力差、渗透性显著差异)等显著特点。该文分析了广佛环线东环隧道大源站~太和站区间盾构隧道的建设环境、技术标准,以及隧道平面、纵断面等总体设计方案,并对大埋深高水压盾构隧道衬砌类型及防水、大埋深复杂围岩条件衬砌结构形变控制、盾构机选型、端头加固设计等关键技术进行了探讨。
The Guangzhou South Railway Station to Baiyun Airport Section under construction is an important part of the Pearl River Delta Intercity Rail Transit Network and Guangzhou-Foshan Ring Line,with significant characteristics of large embedded depth(the maximum thickness of covering soil surpass 130m),high hydraulic pressure(the maximum hydraulic pressure of over 1.2MPa),complex surrounding rock conditions(the shield tunnel passes through a large number of fully weathered granite,argillaceous sandstone,pebbly sandstone,gneiss and carbonaceous slate sections,which has low compression modulus,great difference in intensity,easy softening in water,poor self-stabilization,and significant differences in permeability).This paper analyzes the construction environment and technical standards as well as the overall plan scheme for the tunnel plane and vertical section of the shield tunnel between Dayuan Station and Taihe Station of Guangzhou-Foshan East Ring Tunnel,and discussed the lining type and waterproofing of the shield tunnel with a great embedded depth and high hydraulic pressure,together with key technologies like deformation control of the lining structure with a large embedded depth and complex surrounding rock conditions,the selection of shield tunneling machine,and end reinforcement design.
