摘要
为了最大程度满足车流量充电高峰期的需求,提出基于模糊决策算法的新能源汽车充电桩布局优化方法.结合充电桩的覆盖区域以及建设管理费用等因素,构建充电桩布局模型;集合模型中的模糊参数,获取模糊适应度函数,依据决策者满意程度和优先等级,建立优属度权重选择函数获取满意解,完成充电桩布局优化.实例测试结果表明:该方法可结合充电桩建设区域实际车流量情况和充电需求,完成充电桩布局建模,迭代次数为62次时即可获取最小适应度函数,完成新能源汽车充电桩布局优化.
In order to meet the demand of peak charging period of traffic flow to the greatest extent,a new energy vehicle charging pile layout optimization method based on fuzzy decision algorithm is proposed. Combined with the factors such as the coverage area of charging pile and construction management cost,the layout model of charging pile is constructed;The fuzzy parameters in the model are set to obtain the fuzzy fitness function. According to the satisfaction degree and priority level of decision makers,the optimal membership weight selection function is established to obtain the satisfactory solution,and the layout optimization of charging piles is completed. The example test results show that this method can complete the charging pile layout modeling by combining with the actual traffic flow and charging demand in the charging pile construction area. When the iteration number is 62,the minimum fitness function can be obtained to complete the optimization of the charging pile layout of new energy vehicles.
