摘要
粮食质量安全检测的作用和目的是为粮食质量安全监管的开展提供依据,检测结果的准确性将直接决定监管决策。为此,要科学、合理地应用好各项粮食质量安全检测技术,为监管的开展提供详实、可靠的依据,确保监管工作的有效推进与落实。本文阐述了粮食质量安全检测的必要性,分析与探讨了当前主要的几类检测技术,希望能对相关工作的实践提供参考。
The function and purpose of grain quality and safety testing is to provide a basis for the development of grain quality and safety supervision,and the accuracy of the test results will directly determine the supervision decision.To this end,it is necessary to scientifically and rationally apply various grain quality and safety testing technologies to provide a detailed and reliable basis for the development of supervision,and to ensure the effective promotion and implementation of supervision work.This paper expounds the necessity of food quality and safety testing,analyzes and discusses the current main types of testing technologies,and hopes to provide reference for the practice of related work.
