摘要
一直以来,氟乙酸类杀鼠剂的中毒案件时有发生,因此对于氟乙酸根的检验方法进行深入研究,能够帮助案件的快速侦破。主要对国内关于氟乙酸类药物的提取方法和净化方法进行了综合评述与分析比较,液-液萃取技术是目前最为常用的前处理方法,并且综合地总结了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、液相色谱-质谱联用法(LC-MS)、离子色谱法(IC)、气相色谱法(GC)、气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)等检测方法达到优化检验方案的目的。使之可以更加适用于公安工作检验鉴定的要求,对检材中所含的氟乙酸根可以简便迅速地进行定性分析。
For a long time,cases of fluoroacetic acid rodenticide poisoning have occurred from time to time,so in-depth research on the test method of fluoroacetate can help the rapid detection of cases.In this paper,the extraction methods and purification methods of fluoroacetic acid drugs in China are comprehensively reviewed and compared,liquid-liquid extraction technology is the most commonly used pretreatment method at present,and the detection methods such as high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS),ion chromatography(IC),gas chromatography(GC),and gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS)are comprehensively summarized to optimize the inspection protocol.It can be more suitable for the requirements of public security work inspection and identification,and the fluoroacetic acid contained in the test material can be easily and quickly qualitatively analyzed.
