摘要 通过采用快速无损检测技术对海南省某高速公路中面层施工质量进行检测和评价。该检测方法可以比较快速且形象的检测沥青路面施工后的性能指标,并且对路面不会造成损害,相较于传统检测评价方法,具有较大优势;沥青路面进行全幅摊铺施工时,应特别注意路幅边部碾压,提高路面密度均匀性,减少边部孔隙;从提升路面施工质量考虑,建议在进行沥青路面摊铺施工时,尽量减少摊铺机停机收斗次数,摊铺速度与螺旋布料器速度相匹配,并做好碾压测温工作。 Through the use of rapid nondestructive testing technology,the construction quality of the middle surface of an expressway in Hainan Province was tested and evaluated.The results show that the detection method used in this paper can quickly and visually detect the performance indicators of asphalt pavement after construction,and will not cause damage to the pavement.Compared with the traditional detection and evaluation methods,it has greater advantages;during the full width paving construction of asphalt pavement,special attention shall be paid to rolling at the edge of the road to improve the uniformity of pavement density and reduce the edge pores;considering the improvement of pavement construction quality,it is recommended to minimize the number of times the paver stops and collects the bucket,match the paving speed with the auger speed,and do a good job of rolling and temperature measurement during asphalt pavement paving.
