摘要
目的探讨硝酸咪康唑栓联合妇科千金胶囊治疗妇科炎症的临床效果。方法选择萍乡市湘东区中医院妇产科2018年12月-2020年12月收治的60例妇科炎症患者作为研究对象,根据就诊时间随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规抗感染联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用妇科千金胶囊治疗,比较2组治疗后的临床效果,比较2组治疗后的复发率及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30)高于对照组73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后复发率为6.67%(2/30)低于对照组36.67%(11/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率16.67%(5/30)与对照组13.33%(4/30)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝酸咪康唑栓联合妇科千金胶囊治疗妇科炎症能提高治疗效果,降低疾病复发率,用药安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of miconazole nitrate suppository combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule in the treatment of gynecological inflammation.Methods Sixty patients with gynecological inflammation admitted to Xiangdong District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the time of visit.The control group was treated with conventional anti-infection combined with miconazole nitrate suppository,and the observation group was treated with Fuke Qianjin capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the recurrence rate after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.011<0.05,χ2=6.405).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conciusion Miconazole nitrate suppository combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule in the treatment of gynecological inflammation can improve the treatment effect,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,and the medication is safe and reliable.
