五和枢纽嵌入旧城区的交通组织优化研究

摘要 在国家提出实施城市更新行动的背景下,国内城市期望通过在旧城区嵌入轨道交通枢纽来带动土地再开发和促进低效空间再利用,而轨道交通枢纽的嵌入在为旧城区带来城市更新契机的同时,对枢纽周边地区的空间布局和交通需求也将产生重大影响。如何科学优化片区交通组织支撑站城融合成为各城市实施旧城区城市更新必然要面对的重要课题。以深圳五和枢纽为例,针对片区交通需求变化和活动空间组织影响,以构建可承载、可持续、高品质的交通组织体系为目标,提出重塑片区次支路网、引入立体交通组织、构建片区绿色出行体系等三大核心策略以及相应的优化方案和建议。 Under the background of the implementation of urban renewal actions proposed by the state,domestic cities expect to promote land redevelopment and inefficient space reuse by embedding rail transit hubs in old urban areas.As the opportunity of urban renewal,it will also have a significant impact on the spatial layout and traffic demand of the surrounding areas of the hub.Scientifically optimizing the traffic organization in the area to support the integration of the station and the city has become an important issue that cities must face when implementing the urban renewal of old urban areas.Taking Shenzhen Wuhe Hub as an example,it will have an impact on the changes in traffic demand and the organization of activity spaces.With the goal of building a transportable,sustainable and high-quality traffic organization system,three core strategies are proposed,including reshaping the sub-branch road network,introducing a three-dimensional traffic organization,and building a green travel system,as well as corresponding optimization plans and suggestions.It is expected to provide a reference research paradigm for domestic cities to carry out the optimization of the traffic organization of rail transit hubs embedded in old urban areas.
