摘要
为了提高智能化液压支架系统传动介质的清洁性、减少液压系统堵塞故障、保障系统平稳运行,通过植物油脂改性合成、功能添加剂协同复配、清洗助剂设计,研制了具有润滑、缓蚀、乳化、清洗等功能的煤矿液压支架清洗液。清洗液配液浓度为4%时,稳定性能满足配液水质硬度为500 mg/L的要求,防腐蚀性满足MT/T 76-2011的要求;配液浓度为10%时,润滑性(PB值)不小于549 N;洗净力为92.0%。现场工业性试验表明,清洗液能够保障液压支架平稳运行,同时有效减少了系统污染物含量。
In order to improve the cleanliness of transmission medium used in the intelligent hydraulic support system,reduce the blockage of the hydraulic system,and ensure the smooth operation of the system,through the modification and synthesis of vegetable fat,the synergistic compounding of functional additives,and the design of cleaning agents,a cleaning fluid for coal mine hydraulic support with functions such as lubrication,corrosion inhibition,emulsification and cleaning was developed.When the concentration of the cleaning solution was 4%,the emulsion stability could meet the requirement of water hardness of 500 mg/L,and the corrosion protection could meet the requirements of MT/T 76-2011;when the concentration of the solution was 10%,the lubricating property(PB) wasn’t less than 549 N;the cleaning force was 92.0%.The field industrial test showed that the cleaning fluid could ensure the smooth operation of the hydraulic support and effectively reduce the pollution content of the system.
