摘要
本试验以37种脂肪酸甲酯标准品为基础,建立了通过气相色谱仪定性、定量分析驴乳中脂肪酸含量的方法,并利用此方法对驴乳中的脂肪酸进行了分析。结果表明:各种脂肪酸甲酯工作曲线相关系数r均在0.997以上,相对标准偏差(RSD)介于0.29%~4.88%之间,精密度介于0.37%~6.89%之间,回收率介于90.43%~110.78%之间,所有驴乳样品中脂肪酸的RSD介于0.54%~6.60%之间。在受试驴乳样本中共检测出17种脂肪酸,包括C6:0、C8:0、C10:0、C11:0、C12:0、C13:0、C14:0、C14:1、C15:0、C16:0、C16:1、C17:1、C18:0、C18:ln9c、C18:2n6c、C20:1和C18:3n-6,其中亚油酸(C18:2n6c)占20.6%,月桂酸(C12:0)占15.80%,油酸(C18:1n9c)占15.57%,癸酸(C10:0)占14.34%,棕榈酸(C16:0)占14.09%,肉豆蔻酸(C14:0)占9.64%,表明此方法适合对驴乳进行脂肪酸分析。
Based on 37 kinds of fatty acid methyl ester standard,a method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of fatty acids in donkey milk by gas chromatography was established.Fatty acids in donkey milk was evaluated by the method.The results showed that the correlation coefficient r of the calibration curve was above 0.997,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was between 0.29%-4.88%.The degree of precision was between 0.37%-6.89%,and the recovery rate was between 90.43%-110.78%.The RSD value of fatty acids in donkey milk ranged from 0.54%to 6.60%.A total of 17 fatty acids,including C6:0,C8:0,C10:0,C11:0,C12:0,C13:0,C14:0,C14:1,C15:0,C16:0,C16:1,C17:1,C18:0 and C18:ln9c,C18:2n6c,C20:1 and C18:3n-6,were detected in the samples of donkey milk.Among these fatty acids,linoleic acid(C18:2n6c)accounted for 20.6%,lauric acid(C12:0)for 15.80%,oleic acid(C18:1n9c)for 15.57%,capric acid(C10:0)for 14.34%,palmitic acid(C16:0)for 14.09%,and myristic acid(C14:0)for 9.64%,respectively.These results indicated that this method is suitable for fatty acid analysis of donkey milk.
