摘要
21世纪以来中国成为推动非洲经济增长的重要力量,并逐步成为非洲最大的贸易伙伴和新增投资的主要来源国,中非经贸关系与区域合作日益紧密。完善规则与制度、提升合作层次、优化合作结构、拓展合作领域将是非洲参与区域经济合作的重要方向,中国应在这一进程中发挥更加积极的作用,在深化中非合作的同时,有效化解合作风险、保障投资安全。
China-africa economic and trade relations and regional cooperation have become increasingly close.Improving rules and institutions, elevating cooperation levels, optimizing cooperation structures and expanding cooperation areas will be an important direction for Africa to participate in regional economic cooperation, China should play a more active role in this process. While deepening China-Africa cooperation, China should effectively defuse cooperation risks and ensure investment security.
