SUDOSCAN+检测2型糖尿病患者心血管疾病发生风险研究及影响因素分析 被引量:3

Prediction and influencing factors of SUDOSCAN+on the risk of cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的评估SUDOSCAN+检测对T2DM患者心血管疾病的预测价值并探讨糖尿病心血管自主神经病变(DCAN)的影响因素。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月于哈尔滨市第一医院内分泌科住院的T2DM患者200例,根据SUDOSCAN+检测结果分为DCAN风险≥50%组(HR组)和DCAN风险<50%组(LR组),每组各100例。比较两组相关指标,统计随访12个月心血管事件发生情况。结果与LR组比较,HR组HbA_(1)c、TG及DPN患病率升高,HDL-C降低(P<0.05)。HR组心血管事件发生率高于LR组(53%vs 27%,P<0.001)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、BMI、HbA_(1c)是DCAN的影响因素。结论年龄、BMI、HbA_(1)c是T2DM患者DCAN的影响因素,SUDOSCAN+检测对T2DM患者心血管疾病有临床预测价值。 Objective To evaluate the predictive value of SUDOSCAN+for cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and explore the influencing factors of diabetic cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy(DCAN).Methods 200 T2DM patients hospitalized in the Endocrinology Department of Harbin First Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected.According to the SUDOSCAN+test results,they were divided into DCAN risk≥50%group(HR group,n=100)and DCAN risk<50%group(LR group,n=100).The related indexes of the two groups were compared and the incidence of cardiovascular events during the 12-month follow-up was analyzed.Results Compared with LR group,the levels of HbA_(1)c and TG and the prevalence of DPN were higher in HR group,and the level of HDL-C was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events in HR group was higher than that in LR group(53%vs 27%,P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,BMI and HbA_(1)c were the influencing factors of DCAN.Conclusion Age,BMI and HbA_(1)c are the influencing factors of DCAN in T2DM patients.SUDOSCAN+detection has clinical predictive value for cardiovascular disease in T2DM patients.
