摘要
目的 研究快速康复护理联合中医辨证施护对泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者术后康复效果的影响。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月尤溪县中医医院外一科收治的60例泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者,随机分为两组,各30例,对照组泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者采用快速康复护理,观察组泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者采用快速康复护理联合中医辨证施护。对比两组护理效果差异。结果 观察组患者的术后康复指标、手术应激相关指标、导管留置时间、各部位疼痛情况、护理满意度、焦虑抑郁情绪评分、生活质量评分、并发症情况均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 快速康复护理联合中医辨证施护对泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者术后康复效果具有积极影响,该联合护理方案在泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者术后护理中更具推广价值。
Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology.Methods A total of 60 patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology who were admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(30cases) and the observation group(30 cases) according to the method of random number table.The patients in the control group with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology received rapid rehabilitation nursing,and the patients in the observation group with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology received rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing.The difference in nursing outcomes between the two groups was compared.Results The postoperative rehabilitation indicators,surgical stress related indicators,catheter indwelling time,pain in various parts,nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores,quality of life scores,and complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing has a positive impact on the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology.This combined care regimen has more promotion value in the postoperative nursing of patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology.
