摘要
目的 分析淋巴瘤化疗患者应用延续性护理的效果。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月在福建省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院接受化疗的淋巴瘤患者50例为研究对象,以入院时间先后顺序将其分为两组,对照组25例行常规护理干预,观察组25例行延续性护理干预,分析两组患者临床相关数据。结果 观察组患者干预后HAMD评分以及HAHA评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者干预后自我概念、健康知识、自我责任感以及自我护理技能评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者干预后的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05);对照组护理满意度为72.00%,观察组护理满意度为100.00%,观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 淋巴瘤化疗患者中运用延续性护理干预,能够改善患者的心理状态,提高其化疗治疗中的配合度,并且能够提高患者的护理满意度以及生活质量,同时还能够提高淋巴瘤化疗患者的自护能力,建议在临床中进一步全面推广并应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous nursing in patients with lymphoma chemotherapy.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,50 patients with lymphoma who received chemotherapy in a Class three Grade A cancer specialty in Fujian Province were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission time,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=25) received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=25) received continuous nursing intervention.Results After intervention,the HAMD score and HAHA score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-concept,health knowledge,self-responsibility and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 72.00%,and that of the observation group was 100.00%.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In patients with lymphoma chemotherapy using continuity nursing intervention,it can improve the patient’s mental state,to improve the compliance of chemotherapy,and can improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients,the continuity of care also can enhance the self nursing ability of lymphoma patients with chemotherapy,suggested further popularization and application in clinical.
