摘要 科学高效、经济合理的监测技术是应对点多、面广的农村饮用水水质问题的关键,也是保障农村饮用水水质安全的重要手段。以空间尺度上水源水、出厂水、末梢水为监测对象,建立以全自动化中心实验室为主体,智能采样终端和可视化监管平台为两翼的全方位联动监测体系,可达到自动采样、自动监测、可视化展示、全过程溯源留痕的监测目的。以三峡库区A县农村饮用水监测为实例,在9个水厂、7个乡镇农饮水的水源水、出厂水、末梢水布设20个智能采样终端,建设了1座可自动监测16个指标的AI自动化实验室,1个可视化监管平台,水厂超标指标为锰、铝、色度;7个乡镇农饮水,达标率65.3%,主要超标指标为色度、铁、铝。相比于传统监测,该技术在采样代表性、监测效率和成本、准确性等方面优势明显。 Scientific,efficient,economic and reasonable monitoring technology is the key to deal with the problem of drinking water quality in rural areas with many points and a wide range,and it is also an important means to ensure the safety of drinking water quality in rural areas.With the source water,factory water and terminal water as the monitoring objects on the spatial scale,an all-round linkage monitoring system with the full automation central laboratory as the main body and the intelligent sampling terminal and the visual supervision platform as the two wings have been established to achieve the monitoring objectives of automatic sampling,automatic monitoring,visual display and tracing the source of the whole process.Taking the monitoring of rural drinking water in county A in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area as an example,20 intelligent sampling terminals are set up in the source water,factory water and terminal water of agricultural drinking water in 9 water plants and 7 townships,and an AI automation laboratory and a visual supervision platform are built to automatically monitor 16 indicators.The indicators exceeding the standard in the water plant are manganese,aluminum and chromaticity;The standard rate of agricultural drinking water in 7 townships was 65.3%,mainly exceeding the color,iron and aluminum.Compared with traditional monitoring,this technology has obvious advantages in sampling representativeness,monitoring efficiency,cost and accuracy.
