摘要
本文将结合具体工程项目,在简要阐述房地产开发项目建设成本及其构成要素的基础上,分析现阶段建设成本控制的普遍性问题,并探究总结行之有效的应对策略,以期为房产开发项目建设成本管控能力的提升提供参考。
In this paper,combined with specific engineering projects,on the basis of briefly expounding the construction cost of real estate development projects and its constituent elements,it analyzes the common problems of construction cost control at this stage,and explores and summarizes effective coping strategies,in order to provide real estate development projects.Provide a reference for the improvement of project construction cost management and control capabilities.
