摘要
针对煤矿安全问题突出和煤炭资源回收率低等问题,以柔模支护技术为手段的“煤炭完全开采”的理念和配套技术成为促进安全开采地下煤矿有限资源的重要保证。为了更好地实现煤矿井下柔模沿空巷矿压的智能监测,开发了一套基于5G技术的柔模沿空留巷矿压智能动态监测系统,该系统能够对煤矿井下柔模沿空留巷的顶板离层、锚杆应力和围岩应力等信息进行实时采集,采集到的数据能够经软件内嵌的卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Networks,CNN)处理后动态显示在5G监测系统的触摸屏上,此外还可以通过矿用无线波通信系统(Ultra Wide Band,UWB)远程传输至地面智能调度指挥中心。利用该监测系统对国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司乌兰木伦煤矿(以下简称“神东乌兰木伦煤矿”)12407综采工作面柔模沿空留巷的矿压变化情况进行了监测。监测结果表明,该系统实现了柔模沿空留巷的矿压变化情况的试试动态监测,且具有数据采集精度高、抗噪性能强的优点,可为矿压的智能动态监测提供依据。
In view of the prominent safety problems in coal mines and the low recovery rate of coal resources,the concept of"complete coal mining"and supporting technology by means of flexible formwork support technology have become an important guarantee to promote the safe mining of limited resources in underground coal mines.In order to better realize the intelligent monitoring of ground pressure in underground gob-side entry with flexible formwork,an intelligent dynamic monitoring system for ground pressure in gob-side entry retaining with flexible formwork based on 5G technology is developed.The system can collect the roof separation layer,anchor bolt stress,surrounding rock stress and other information of the gob-side entry retaining with flexible formwork in the coal mine in real time,and the collected data can be dynamically displayed on the touch screen of the 5G monitoring system after being processed by the convolutional neural networks(CNN)embedded in the software.In addition,it can be remotely transmitted to the ground intelligent dispatching command center through the ultra broadband(UWB)communication system.The monitoring system is used to monitor the ground pressure change of gob-side entry with flexible formwork in the 12407 fully mechanized working face of Wulanmutu Coal Mine in Shendong mining area.The monitoring results show that the system realizes the dynamic monitoring of the ground pressure change of gob-side entry with flexible formwork,and has the advantages of high data acquisition accuracy and strong noise resistance,which provides a basis for the intelligent dynamic monitoring of the ground pressure.
