摘要
高职院校在教学期间,为社会培养了大批高素质高能力的高级技能型人才,为社会注入了大量的人才。在高职院校培养人才时,体育教学具有关键性作用。作为体育教学的基础性课程,运动对学生的发展有一定影响。随着人们对于田径运动观念的变化,在教育改革过程中,高职院校应以提升学生身体素质为目标,对其教学形式和教学内容进行改革。在实际教学过程中,高职院校应对田径课进行重点关注,增加学生学习体育时田径运动的时间,并改进相应的教学方法,以此提升学生的爆发力、耐力等身体素质。基于此,本文从高职体育田径教学现状着手,对高职体育田径教学与学生身体素质关联性进行分析,旨在为日后相关人员对其进行探究时能够提供参考性建议。
Higher vocational colleges in the actual teaching process has trained a large number of high quality and high ability of senior skilled talents for the society, so that the society has injected a large number of talent power.In the process of talent training in higher vocational colleges, physical education teaching plays a key role as the basic course of physical education teaching, so sports has a certain influence on the development of students.With the change of people’s concept of track and field, in the process of education reform, higher vocational colleges should aim to improve the physical quality of students, and reform their teaching form and teaching content.Therefore, in the actual teaching process, higher vocational colleges should focus on track and field courses, increase the time of track and field in physical education, and improve the corresponding teaching methods, so as to improve students’ explosive physical endurance and other physical quality.Based on this, this paper starts to analyze the correlation of higher vocational sports track and field teaching and students’ physical quality from the current situation of higher vocational sports track and field teaching, aiming to provide reference suggestions for relevant personnel to explore them in the future.
