摘要
目的:探讨基于循证理念的康复护理应用于肺部手术患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年2月江苏省徐州市铜山区人民医院收治的25例肺部手术患者作为对照组,选取2020年3月-2021年4月25例肺部手术患者作为观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于循证理念的康复护理。比较两组肺功能指标、术后康复时间及心理康复情况。结果:护理后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)以及FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于循证理念的康复护理可改善肺部手术患者的肺功能,促进术后身体和心理康复。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based rehabilitation nursing in patients with lung surgery.Methods:A total of 25 patients with lung surgery who were admitted to Tongshan District People's Hospital in Xuzhou of Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the control group,while 25 patients with lung surgery from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function indicators,postoperative rehabilitation time and psychological rehabilitation were compared in the two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The exhaust time,first ambulation time and hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based rehabilitation nursing could improve lung function,promote postoperative physical and psychological rehabilitation in patients with lung surgery.
