摘要
文章通过充分发挥物联网技术的实时监控、智慧互联、信息共享及便捷移动等优势特点,构建了基于物联网技术的血液透析患者营养及水分管理系统,实现对血液透析患者营养及水分进行准确、量化、实时的管理。系统的构建为患者提供了精准、个性化的营养及水分管理,并提供了饮食及水分的实时监控、营养风险评估等功能,使血液透析患者的营养及水分控制得到更科学化的管理,同时也便于护理人员能有效地对患者进行及时提醒和引导,以更好地服务患者,进而改善患者营养状况,提高其生活质量。物联网技术的创新应用,提高患者的自我管理水平,大大降低护理人员的工作量,节约患者的经济成本。
In this study,a nutrition and water management system for hemodialysis patients based on IoT(Internet of Things)technology was constructed by giving full play to the real-time monitoring,intelligent interconnection,information sharing and convenience of IoT technology.This system can achieve accurate,quantitative and real-time management of nutrition and water in hemodialysis patients.The construction of the system provides patients with precise and personalized nutrition and water management,and provides functions such as real-time monitoring of diet and water,nutritional risk assessment,etc.,so that the nutrition and water control of hemodialysis patients can be managed in a more scientific way.At the same time,it is also convenient for nurses to effectively remind and guide patients in a timely manner,so as to better serve patients,thereby improving the nutritional status of patients and improving their quality of life.The innovative application of IoT technology improves the self-management level of patients,greatly reduces the workload of nursing staff,and saves the economic cost of patients.
