摘要
芳香腈是一类重要的有机合成中间体,可被用来制备各种芳香化合物,如芳香醛、酮、羧酸、酰胺、苄胺、四氮唑等化合物。芳香腈作为一种具有生物活性的结构片段,广泛的存在于各种药物分子中,如抗肿瘤药物、抗抑郁症药物、精神疾病药物、芳香化酶抑制剂等。因此,近年来关于芳香腈的合成研究已经成为有机化学及药物化学研究领域的热点课题。目前,关于芳香腈化合物的合成方法,已经有大量的文献报道,本文综述芳香腈化合物的合成方法,希望对芳香腈类药物分子的设计与合成研究提供一定的参考与借鉴作用。
Aromatic nitriles are important intermediates in organic synthesis and can be used to prepare various aromaticity compounds,such as aromatic aldehydes,ketones,carboxylic acids,amides,benzylamines,tetrazoles,etc.,Aromatic nitriles are widely found in many kinds of drug molecules,such as antitumor drugs,antidepressants,psychoactive drugs,aromatase inhibitors,etc.,Therefore,the synthesis of aromatic nitriles has become a hot topic in the field of organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry in recent years.At present,there are many reports on the synthesis of aromatic nitriles.In this paper,the synthesis methods of aromatic nitriles are reviewed,it is hoped to provide some references for the design and synthesis of aromatic nitriles drug molecule.
