一种基于Cuk的单级无变压器光伏并网逆变器

摘要 单相无变压器型逆变器体积小、效率高、造价低。鉴于此,提出一种基于cuk电路的具有升降压能力的单相单级无变压器逆变器拓扑,以及相应调制策略。所提逆变器拓扑的输入负端直接与电网中性点相连,消除了泄漏电流,使其非常适合太阳能光伏并网应用。此外,通过多级整合,仅有一个电感用于实现电网电压正、负极性变换;该优化也有效消除了直流电流注入电网。同时,该结构仅5个开关管,其中两个以工频运行;可拥有较低的开关损耗。文中详细分析了电路的工作模态,设计了一种适用于该逆变器的控制策略。最后,搭建了200W的实验原理样机,验证了所提结构的有效性和正确性。 Single-phase transformerless inverters are small in size, high in efficiency and low in cost. In view of this, a single-phase single-stage transformerless inverter topology with buck-boost capability based on cuk circuit and modulation strategy is proposed. The negative input terminal of the proposed inverter topology is directly connected to the neutral point of the grid, eliminating leakage current and making it very suitable for grid-connected solar photovoltaic applications. In addition, through multi-level integration, only one inductor is used to realize the positive and negative polarity conversion of the grid voltage. Direct current injection into the grid is also effectively eliminated through this optimization. At the same time, the structure has only 5 switching tubes, two of which operate at power frequency, and it can have lower switching losses. The working mode of the circuit is analyzed in detail, and a control strategy suitable for the inverter is designed. Finally, a 200 W experimental principle prototype is built to verify the validity and correctness of the proposed structure.
