摘要
目前敦煌市葡萄产业链正处于转型升级的关键阶段,合理的利润分配是确保葡萄产业链健康发展的根本条件。本文基于敦煌市葡萄产业链各经营主体成本收益调研数据,分析了葡萄产业链成本构成和利润分配格局。研究发现,目前敦煌市葡萄产业链的利润分配不均衡,流通企业获得的利润远高于零售商和种植户;利用Shapley值法分析分配产业链利润,流通企业的利润应向零售商和种植户倾斜,保证产业链利润分配合理;在综合考虑风险因素后,利用改进的Shapley值法分配利润,结果表明,零售商获得产业链利润的38.32%、葡萄种植户获得34.46%、流通企业获得27.21%,零售商和葡萄种植户收益状况得到显著改善,保障了产业链稳定运行。鉴于此,本文从产业链合理分配利润和提升经济效益两方面提出建议,以期促进敦煌市葡萄产业链健康发展,实现产业链转型升级。
At present,Dunhuang grape industry chain is in the key stage of transformation and upgrading.Reasonable profit distribution is the fundamental condition to ensure the healthy development of grape industry chain.Based on the cost-benefit survey data of various business entities in Dunhuang grape industry chain,the cost composition and profit distribution pattern of grape industry chain are analyzed.The study found that:at present,the profit distribution of Dunhuang grape industry chain is uneven,and the profit of circulation enterprises is much higher than that of retailers and growers;using Shapley value method,the grape industry distributes the profits of the industrial chain,and the profits of circulation enterprises should be inclined to retailers and growers to ensure the reasonable profit distribution of the industrial chain;after comprehensively considering the risk factors,the profit distribution results of the improved Shapley value method showed that the retailers obtain 38.32%of the profits of the industrial chain,the grape growers obtain 34.46%,and the circulation enterprises obtain27.21%.The income status of the retailers and grape growers has been significantly improved to ensure the stable operation of the industrial chain.In view of this,this paper puts forward suggestions from the two aspects of rational distribution of profits and improvement of economic benefits in the industrial chain,in order to promote the healthy development of Dunhuang grape industrial chain and realize the transformation and upgrading of the industrial chain.
