中国对RCEP国家直接投资区位选择影响因素研究——基于面板数据模型的实证分析被引量：2

A Study of Influential Factors of Location Selection of China's Direct Investment in RCEP Countries-An Empirical Analysis Based on Panel Data Model

摘要自2000年中国提出“走出去”战略以来,对外直接投资进入快速发展阶段,2020年中国对外直接投资流量规模居世界首位。2022年1月RCEP正式生效,为中国与RCEP国家之间的投资合作带来新的发展机遇。本文在分析中国对RCEP国家直接投资现状的基础上,运用面板数据模型分析中国对其直接投资区位选择的影响因素。研究表明:东道国市场规模、基础设施状况对中国在RCEP国家直接投资有显著的促进作用,东道国劳动力成本、资源禀赋状况、对外开放度则表现出显著的抑制作用,东道国科技水平影响不显著。今后,中国应进一步拓宽RCEP国家投资信息渠道,加强与RCEP国家的沟通交流和基础设施建设合作,优化投资结构,以科技创新提升投资竞争力。 Since China proposed the"go global"strategy in 2000,outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)has entered a rapid development stage,and the scale of China's OFDI flows ranked first in the world in 2020 for the first time.Based on the analysis of the current situation of China's direct investment in RCEP countries,this paper uses a panel data model to study and analyze the factors affecting the location choice of China's direct investment in them.The results show that the level of infrastruc⁃ture and market size of the host country have a significant role in promoting Chinese direct investment in RCEP countries;the la⁃bor cost,resource endowment and openness of the host country are significantly and negatively correlated with Chinese invest⁃ment in them;the level of science and technology has no significant effect.Combining the current situation analysis with the em⁃pirical results,China should establish and improve the investment information channels in RCEP countries,strengthen the com⁃munication and infrastructure construction cooperation with RCEP countries,optimize the investment structure,and enhance the investment competitiveness with science and technology innovation.
