摘要
党的十九届五中全会提出要“准确把握新发展阶段、深入贯彻新发展理念、加快构建新发展格局”,这成为推动“十四五”时期高质量发展,确保全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新时期指针。从这些重要概念的提出和论述出发,拟从实践前提、行动理念、行动部署三个维度探析三者之间的内在逻辑关系,领悟和理解三个“新”成为当代马克思主义的最新阐释。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee calls for accurately grasping the new development stage,thoroughly implementing the new development concept,and accelerating the construction of a new development pattern,which becomes a guideline to promote high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and ensure the building of a all-round socialist country in the new period.Based on the presentation and exposition of these important ideas,this paper discusses the intrinsic logic of this exposition from three dimensions:practical premise,action concept and action deployment,and holds that the“three new”exposition is the latest interpretation of contemporary Marxism.
