摘要
制式鞋靴是我国很多重要单位配装产品中的大类,制式鞋靴的产品质量代表了国内鞋靴发展的水平,也关乎配发企业仪容形象,甚至在某些配发单位,鞋靴质量决定其队伍战斗力。本文通过分析目前制式鞋靴质量管理所面临的问题和存在的风险,从质量意识、过程管控及改善建议等方面,提出制式鞋靴质量管理与未来发展建议。
Uniform shoes is a significant component of prerequisite products in many important units in China.The quality management of uniform shoes represents the development level of domestic footwear,which is also related to the corporate image,even in some distribution units,the quality of uniform shoes determines the combat effectiveness of its troops.This paper analyzed the problems and risks of quality management of uniform shoes,and put forward suggestions on quality management and future development of uniform shoes from the aspects of quality awareness,process control and improvement suggestions.
