摘要
目的:分析近30年五灵脂的研究现状和研究热点,为其后续研究提供参考。方法:检索1990年1月至2021年12月中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中五灵脂相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件从作者、机构及关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献1210篇,发文量最多的作者为李庆明;发文最多的机构为南京中医药大学;关键词分析得到10个聚类模块和24个突现词;五灵脂研究主要集中在其化学成分、药理作用、临床应用、“十九畏”、质量标准、名医经验和数据挖掘用药规律的总结等方面。结论:名医经验总结、化学成分分析、“十九畏”配伍分析是五灵脂研究的重点和热点。
Objective:To analyze the research status and research hotspots of Wulingzhi(Trogopterus xanthipes)in the past 30 years,and to provide reference for its further research.Methods:We searched the Chinese Knowledge Resources Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database and Chinese Biomedicine Database(CBM)from January 1990 to December 2021,to collect literature related to Wulingzhi(Trogopterus xanthipes).CiteSpace5.8.R1 software was used to visually analyze the literature from the volume of publication,author,institution and keywords.Results:A total of 1210 articles were included,and the graph analysis showed that the author with the most articles was LI Qingming,and the institution with the most articles was Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Keyword analysis yielded 10 clustering modules and 24 prominent words,and the results showed that the research of Wulingzhi(Trogopterus xanthipes)mainly focused on its chemical composition,pharmacological effects,clinical application,"Nineteen Fears",quality standards,experience of famous doctors and data mining.Conclusion:The knowledge graph analysis showed that the experience summary of famous doctors,the analysis of chemical composition,and the compatibility analysis of"Nineteen Fears"were the focus and hot spots of Wulingzhi(Trogopterus xanthipes)research.
