摘要
目的探讨Narcotrend麻醉深度监测仪联合右美托咪定复合丙泊酚对狂躁症患者的麻醉效果及对应激反应的影响.方法选取2021年4月—2022年4月我院收治的94例狂躁症患者,根据干预方法的不同分为两组.对照组应用右美托咪定复合丙泊酚麻醉,研究组在对照组基础上应用Narcotrend麻醉深度监测仪.观察分析两组麻醉效果、应激反应、生命体征以及不良反应情况.结果与对照组比,研究组麻醉效果高(P<0.05).与对照组比,研究组SOD水平变化幅度低(P<0.05),MDA水平低(P<0.05).与对照组比,研究组T1、T2时刻的血压高(P<0.05),心率低(P<0.05).与对照组比,研究组不良反应发生率低(P<0.05).结论Narcotrend麻醉深度监测仪在狂躁症患者麻醉中具有较好的麻醉效果,可有效改善其应激反应,值得应用.
ObjectiveTo investigate the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol by Narcotrend depth monitor in patients with mania and its effect on stress response.MethodsA total of 94 patients with mania who were admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different intervention methods.The control group was given dexmedetomidine combined with propofol anesthesia,while the study group was given Narcotrend anesthesia depth monitor on the basis of the control group.The anesthesia effect,stress response,vital signs and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the anesthesia effect of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the change range of SOD level in the study group was lower(P<0.05)and MDA level was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,blood pressure at T1 and T2 in the study group was higher(P<0.05)and heart rate was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Narcotrend depth monitor has a good anesthetic effect in manic patients and can effectively improve their stressresponse.
