摘要
目的本研究研制一种注射泵,旨在精确控制输液剂量和速度,实现输液过程的自动化和智能化,并适应紧急医学救援需求.方法注射泵采用双CPU结构,利用微处理器对精密步进电机的精确控制,经机械传动装置产生平动推力,并采用传感检测系统进行监测反馈,当注射完毕或出现异常时,可通过声光及文字显示三重报警.结果研制的注射泵的输液精度、电源电池安全性等达到预期设计和技术指标.结论该注射泵可以实现对输液的精准控制,除了可以在医院等场所配备该设备,同时适用于直升机等空中救援项目,可以用于急救医疗服务,提高患者生存率.
ObjectiveA injection pump is developed to precisely control infusion quantity and speed,achieve automation and intelligentize of infusion process,and adapt to the needs of emergency medical rescue.Methods The injection pump used double CPU structure,microprocessors were used to accurately control the precise stepper motors,translation thrust was generated by mechanical transmission,and sensing detection system was adopted for monitoring and feedback,when the injection finishes or something unusual emerges,alarm will be signalled by three forms like sound,light and text.Results The infusion precision and power supply security of the injection pump achieved the expected design and technical specifications.Conclusion The injection pump can be used for the injection accuracy control.In addition to public places such as hospitals,air rescue projects such as helicopters is also suitable to equipped with the injection pump,the injection pump can be used in emergency medical services to improve the patient-survival rate.
