小区建筑布局对室外热环境影响的模拟研究 被引量:1

Simulation study on the impact of the community building layout upon outdoor thermal environment

摘要 提取徐州市居住小区的四种建筑布局模式,运用ENVI-met软件对夏季不同布局模式下小区的空气温度、风速、相对湿度和热舒适PET进行模拟分析。研究发现:不同布局模式下小区风速差异明显,其中错列式风速明显高于其他布局形式,而小区空气温度和湿度差异较小;错列式整体PET值最低,可以获得较好的热舒适,且不受时间的影响;风速是导致不同布局条件热舒适差异的主要原因。因此,建议居住小区建筑多采用错列式布局形式。 The thesis extracted four kinds of building layout patterns of Xuzhou residential districts,and simulated and analyzed the air temperature,wind speed,relative humidity and thermal comfort PET of the district under different layout patterns in summer by using ENVI-met software.It was found that:the wind speed in the plots under different layout patterns differed significantly,with the staggered wind speed significantly higher than other layout forms,while the differences in air temperature and humidity in the plots were smaller;the staggered overall PET value was the lowest,which could obtain better thermal comfort and was not affected by time;wind speed was the main reason for the differences in thermal comfort under different layout conditions.Therefore,it is recommended that the staggered layout form be used more often in residential district buildings.
