摘要
红托竹荪作为食药兼用名贵真菌,富含氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素和多糖等多种生物活性物质。其中,红托竹荪多糖种类和结构多样,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、免疫调节、抗衰老和保护酒精肝损伤等活性。通过对近年来红托竹荪多糖种类和生物活性相关研究进展进行追踪和系统梳理,以期为红托竹荪精深加工产业发展提供依据。
Dictyophora rubrovolvata is a valuable edible and medicinal fungus which contains many biologically active substances,such as amino acids,proteins,vitamins and polysaccharides and can be used as both food and medicine.D.rubrovalvata polysaccharides with various components and structures have been shown to be effective in antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-fatigue,anti-aging and immunoregulation.The development of studies on the components and bioactivities of D.rubrovalvata polysaccharides were tracked and summarized,in order to provide a basis for the development of intensive processing industry of D.rubrovalvata.
