摘要
目的:探究中医针灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取江西省中西医结合医院2020年7月至2021年10月期间收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上应用中医针灸,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、腰椎功能评分、疼痛评分。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为85.00 %,高于对照组的57.50 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用,能缓解相关症状及疼痛,促进腰椎功能恢复,有助于提升治疗效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Jiangxi Integrated hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,while patients in the observation group received traditional Chinese acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,lumbar function score and pain score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00%,higher than 57.50% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the visual analogue scale (VAS) score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture in patients with lumbar disc herniation can relieve the related symptoms and pain,promote the recovery of lumbar function,and help to improve the treatment effect.
