摘要
探索调环酸钙对缓解烤烟盐胁迫的生理效应,为生产中科学应用调环酸钙提高烤烟耐盐能力提供理论依据。以‘云烟87’为试材,盐胁迫浓度为6 g·L^(-1),设置调环酸钙浓度分别为0 mg·L^(-1)(CK)、55 mg·L^(-1)(T1)、110 mg·L^(-1)(T2)、165 mg·L^(-1)(T3)共4个处理,T1、T2、T3处理在烤烟苗期连续4 d叶面喷施调环酸钙80 mL·株^(-1)。结果表明:不同浓度的调环酸钙对缓解盐胁迫对烤烟的危害效果存在差异;T2与对照相比,在7—9月可显著提高烤烟叶绿素、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量,并显著降低MDA含量和提高SOD活性;T2与T1相比,在7—8月显著提高了叶绿素、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量;T3与T2相比,未对烤烟SOD活性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸和叶绿素含量产生显著影响。综上所述,110 mg·L^(-1)的调环酸钙对缓解盐胁迫对烤烟的危害效果最佳。
The physiological effects of prohexadione-calcium on alleviating salt stress in flue-cured tobacco was studied,and the theoretical basis for the scientific application of prohexadione-calcium in production to improve the salt tolerance of flue-cured tobaccowas provided.The'YunYan 87'was used as test material,the concentration of salt stress was 6 g·L^(-1),and the concentration of prohexadione-calcium was set to 0(CK),55(T1),110(T2)165 mg·L^(-1)(T3),respectively,and the prohexadione-calcium of T1,T2,and T3 treatments were applied as foliar sprays 80 mL·plant^(-1) on four consecutive days during the flue-cured tobacco seedling stage.The results showed that the effect of different concentrations of prohexadione-calcium on mitigating salt stress on flue-cured tobacco varied,the contents of chlorophyll,free proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar of T2 was significantly higher than control from July to September,and the MDA content was significantly reduced and SOD activity of T2 was significantly higher than control in flue-cured tobacco;the chlorophyll,free proline and soluble sugar contents of T2 was significantly higher than T1 treatment in July and August;the SOD activity,soluble sugar,soluble protein,free proline and chlorophyll content of flue-cured tobacco in T3 was not have significantly affect compared with T2.In conclusion,110 mg·L^(-1) prohexadione-calcium had the best effect on alleviating the harm of salt stress to flue-cured tobacco.
