摘要
大学生创业法治素养培育是大学生创业教育的有机构成内容,对于大学生创业实践活动的行为和态度有着直接影响,是创业教育的关键点。高校对大学生开展创业法治素养培育能够助力大学生守法创业、推动大学生规避创业法律隐患、帮助大学生维护自身合法权益,而大学生创业法治素养培育的路径主要包括社会层面要创造利于大学生创业法治素养培育的环境、高校层面要构建并完善大学生创业法治素养培育体系、个体层面要引领大学生充分发挥创业法治素养培育的主体能动性。
The cultivation of entrepreneurial rule of law literacy among college students is an integral part of college entrepreneurship education,which has a direct impact on the behavior and attitude of college students′entrepreneurial practice activities and is a key point of entrepreneurship education.So,it is important for colleges and universities to cultivate the students to improve their legal accomplishments to start a business.Obviously,it is also helpful for college students to start their business in accordance with the law,avoid unnecessary legal risks,and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.The paths to achieve this mainly include the following:at the social level,we should create an environment conducive to the cultivation of college students′entrepreneurial rule of law literacy;at the level of colleges and universities,we should build and improve relative education systems;at the individual level,we should guide the students to give full play to their subjective initiatives.
