跑步运动中下肢刚度的应用与研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 通过检索下肢刚度以及跑步运动中下肢刚度特征相关中英文文献,对跑步运动中下肢刚度特征进行系统总结归纳。研究表明:人在跑步过程中可直接计算的下肢刚度类型有垂直刚度(K_(vert))、腿刚度(K_(leg))和关节刚度(K_(joint)),其中K_(vert)已被多项研究证明与跑速具有显著相关性;下肢刚度和跑步损伤之间的关系是多方面的,依据不同跑步运动的特点提高运动员下肢刚度调节能力可以提高成绩和降低损伤。研究认为:下肢刚度和跑步性能之间的关系是复杂的,跑步运动中下肢刚度的研究仍存在局限性,起跑和加速阶段的下肢刚度有待研究,将下肢刚度与足部结构评估关联应用于实训,将有助于提高运动表现以及降低运动损伤。 Through searching lower limbs stiffness and characteristics of lower limbs stiffness in running in relevant in English and Chinese, the study systematically summarized the lower limbs stiffness characteristics in the running. Results show that there are three types of lower limbs stiffness which can be directly calculated when people are running: Vertical stiffness(K_(vert)), leg stiffness(K_(leg)) and joint stiffness(K_(joint)), in which K_(vert) verthas been proofed to have significant correlation with running speed in a number of studies. The relationship between lower limbs stiffness and running injuries are various. Lower limbs stiffness adjustment according to characteristics of different running can improve performance and reduce the injury. Conclusions: The relationship between lower limbs stiffness and running performance is complex. The research on lower limbs stiffness in running is still limited, and the lower limbs stiffness in starting and accelerating stage remains to be studied. The application of the lower limbs stiffness and the evaluation of foot structure in practical training will be helpful to improve sports performance and reduce sports injuries.
