摘要
硫辛酸作为自然界中存在的一类抗氧化物质,可以在一定程度上提升动物的抗氧化及免疫水平。近年来,硫辛酸因具有改善肉鸡生产性能、肠道健康、肉品质等功能,被越来越多地应用于肉鸡生产中。文章综述了硫辛酸的生理功能及其对肉鸡生产性能、抗氧化性能、肠道健康、免疫功能和肉品质方面的影响,为硫辛酸作为一种环保饲料添加剂在肉鸡生产过程中运用提供借鉴。
Lipoic acid, as a kind of antioxidant in nature, can improve the antioxidant and immune level of animals to a certain extent. In recent years, lipoic acid has been more and more used in broiler production because of its functions of improving growth performance, intestinal health and meat quality in broiler. This paper briefly expounded the physiological function of lipoic acid and its impact on production performance, antioxidant performance, intestinal health, immune function and meat quality of broiler, which would provide some reference for its application as a green feed additive in broiler production in the future.
