摘要
为实现3D打印成型智能化,突破现有3D打印装置成型尺寸限制,设计一款多角度单轴无限FDM 3D打印成型装置。通过分析多角度单轴无限3D打印成型原理,获得了该成型装置设计的依据,拟定出成型装置的总体方案,设计了打印平台、打印系统以及调角机构,并通过制造多角度单轴无限FDM 3D打印成型装置试验样机对其结构合理性进行验证。结果表明:该装置采用传送带结构的打印平台和调节角度为30°~60°的调角机构,可实现成型件与打印平台自动分离以及单方向的无限打印,进而提高成型装置的智能化和灵活性。
In order to realize intelligent 3D printing molding and break through the limitation of existing 3D printing device molding size,a multi-angle single-axis infinite FDM 3D printing molding device is designed.By analyzing the principle of multi-angle single-axis infinite 3D printing,the basis for the design of the molding device is obtained,the overall plan of the molding device is formulated,the printing platform,the printing system and the angle adjustment mechanism are designed,and its reasonable structure is verified by building a multi-angle single-axis infinite FDM 3D printing molding device test prototype.The results show that the device adopts the printing platform of conveyor belt structure and the angle adjusting mechanism of 30°~60°,which can realize automatic separation of forming parts and printing platform and single direction unlimited printing,thus improving the intelligence and flexibility of forming device.
