撞击流流场与混合特性多尺度分析研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 撞击流反应器因其具有强化传热、传质特性被应用于化工领域。本文从多尺度角度总结了撞击流反应器的流场特征,宏观尺度上,归纳了湍流特性以及振荡特性,并总结出流体流动特性对混合的影响;从微观尺度角度阐述了撞击流反应器流场微观混合特性,归纳了不同类型反应器微观混合特征时间。着重叙述结构参数和外加力场对撞击流反应器微观混合的影响,并从流场能量角度揭示了能量转换影响微观混合的机制。从介观尺度角度综述了混沌特性、涡特性对流场内部流体混合的影响及其作用机制,并阐述了撞击流技术制备超细粉体过程强化反应机制。最后,展望了多尺度方法与撞击流技术结合开发新型撞击流反应器、优化工艺,进而实现反应器工业化的研究前景。 Impinging stream reactor is widely used in chemical industry because of its enhanced heat and mass transfer characteristics.In this paper,the flow field characteristics of impinging stream reactor are summarized from the multi-scale point of view.On the macro scale,the turbulence characteristics and oscillation characteristics are summarized,and the influence of fluid flow characteristics on mixing is summarized;The micromixing characteristics of impinging stream reactor flow field are described from the perspective of micro scale,and the micromixing characteristic time of different types of reactors are summarized.The effects of structural parameters and external force field on micromixing in impinging stream reactor are emphatically described,and the mechanism of energy conversion affecting micromixing is revealed from the perspective of flow field energy.The effects of chaos and vortex characteristics on fluid mixing in the convective field and their mechanism are reviewed from the perspective of mesoscopic scale,and the enhanced reaction mechanism in the process of preparing ultrafine powder by impinging stream technology is described.Finally,the research prospect of developing new impinging stream reactor,optimizing process and realizing reactor industrialization by combining multi-scale method with impinging stream technology is prospected.
